The moment I received the item I sent you a message. This katana was made of poor quality. The sword doesn’t even stay in the saya. Well you kept telling me was oh sir, don’t worry the quality is great. Unfortunately, it wasn’t.. I sent you videos and photos of what was wrong with the katana. It’s not right to treat your customers like that.
Sir, you first sent a photograph of a broken sword generated by AI, and now you have sent a photograph showing deliberate damage. This part is the least likely to be damaged, as it is secured with nails. It would only come loose if someone were to pull at it with considerable force. Surely we couldn’t have damaged it whilst packing it for dispatch? That defies common sense.
If you had simply told us from the outset that the product was in perfect condition and that you wished to return or exchange it due to a matter of personal preference, rather than providing false evidence, that would have been fine.I now feel that you are committing fraud
I love it! It is EXACTLY as I described and ordered. I was concerned about the length of time it was taking, but for a handmade custom sword it takes a bit. I think it was real close to two months to get it ordered, created, shipped, and in my hand in Idaho.
I am super happy with it and will be ordering a Wakizashi to display next to it. I'll probably go identical on the outside with the blood red blade inside.
All good things take time to create. The master created a beautiful custom pair of Damaskas' swords for me. Well wrapped packaging and effective communication from the creator.
This is my second katana from Fidestisan made and signed by sword master xu. The craftsmanship is absolutely incredible. The custom katana I ordered was even better than I had imagined. The fit and finish is immaculate. Everything has a nice tight fit no loose fitting anything on this beautiful sword. My sword blade was made of 9260 spring steel and has a clay tempered real hamon line. If you are looking for a high quality katana this is the place.
Excellent product, deep etch patterns. Forged. Maybe not by hand the traditional way with a spine folded into the blade. but the material is factory forged and is of sufficient hardness. Perfect for display. Oiled and protected, long wait, but worth it!! :)

This is my third sword purchased from this vendor and all have been quality items. The fact that you can have them showcase the sword of your liking for you live is a huge benefit in seeing details. I highly recommend this store. Very pleased with my sword. Thanks for the great experience.
Just looking at the blade you would be amazed the damascus folds you would be satisfied. It has everything from soild copper fittings and rayskin Mr Xu Jianping has amazing hands and skill.
