We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We will always do our best to take care of our customers.
- For some reason you are not completely satisfied with an item(s) you have ordered from TrueKatana.com or the item(s) is damaged/defective, you may return it (within 30 calendar days after your tracking number has been marked as "delivered") for a return, replacement, or refund. Requests received later than that, will not be eligible.
- To help us process your return, replacement, or refund request, we may ask for photos or other documentary evidence as proof, so we can best diagnose the problem and work on a solution for you.
- If your return, replacement, or refund request is approved, you will be given an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, along with instructions to complete your return. Any return must inform us to get an RMA number, we are not accepting any return without the RMA. Item must be received within 14 days after the RMA Number has been approved and assigned. We strongly recommend you use a service with tracking# to locate the return packages. Items return after the required deadline we might ask for a 20%-30% restocking fee.
- The item must be returned in NEW condition and with the entire original package and accessories, manuals, etc. or we may charge a 20%-30% restocking fee.
- We will cover all expenses included product fee and shipping fees if confirmed due to manufacturing problem or our errors, otherwise, the buyer should be responsible for two shipping fees. We may charge you $30 for the shipping fee that we shipped the package to you, and we are not responsible for the return shipping fee.
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If we processed and shipped your order within 24 hours and we are not able to cancel your order. If you contact us after it's been shipped, we are not able to recall the order. You can return it to our US warehouse once you receive the package. If we did not process your order, we are able to cancel it per your request.
- If we approve a refund, the money will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- If you have found an issue in quality or craftsmanship with our product, please contact us immediately. Products that have been subject to abuse are not eligible under this guarantee. Products on our site are described as accurately as possible, but occasional slight variations in measurements, color, or design may occur. Any remedy for an unintentional error in the description, pricing, or availability is at our discretion.
